The Board of Directors – President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Chairman of the Ball, and Sergeant at Arms form the governing body of Le Cercle de Bacchus. Elected by the membership each year, the group leads the organization, promotes its mission, and preserves the history and prestige of Le Cercle de Bacchus.

The Board of Directors represents Le Cercle de Bacchus and the principles on which the organization was founded on. As such, to hold a Directors position a bachelor must be a driven professional member in good standing with all social and professional organizations to which he belongs and be of good social repute.

Being a member of the Board of Directors is a commitment not only to the current membership but also to the Barons of Bacchus, the Honoree class and their family’s, as well as the other Directors. Each director is charged with duties that are necessary and vital to the organizations continued success and well being.
